Cancellation Policy

We kindly request that clients provide at least a 48-hour notice in the event of appointment cancellation. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of the service amount for cancellations. For missed appointments or a cancellation notice of 12-hours’ or less, the entire service amount will be charged. We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy and strive to provide the highest level of service to our valued clients.
